Some of our properties are Income Restricted as per the City's HUD guidelines, requiring applicants to fall at or below the HUD listed maximum gross annual income allowed per their household size. We accept all housing assistance. For Emergencies such as flooding, loss of heat, major property damages during business hours and afterhours/weekends please call Maintenance and Property Manager directly. All other repairs/requests are to be submitted via the online portal or delivered in writing. All requests or repairs will be handled in accordance with WA RCW.
